The time allotted to Oral Presentations is 25 minutes, including discussions.
The presentation language is English. There will be no simultaneous translation.
Only face-to-face presentations will be accepted (no video-conferencing or recording).
Presenters need to bring their own laptop to the conference room to connect projector or monitor.

Speech Session for Best Student Poster Award

Student poster presenters should make a 5-minute speech about their research at the speech session for best student poster award, that is planned on A.M. Day 2 (8/28 Wed.).
For this speech session, student poster presenters should submit their presentation file(s) in pptx or PDF format.
Please prepare the presentation file with 6 sildes or less, containing no movies.
Please submit your presentation file to the following email address as attached file(s).
The email should be sent to the following email address of Prof. Katogi with that of Prof. Kosaka in CC.

The submission deadline of your presentation file is August 20 (Tue.).
Poster session
All poster presenters must set up their posters on Wednesday, August 28, starting at 08:30 and imperatively before 11:00.
Poster author(s) are asked to be present next to their poster board for discussions with other participants during the poster session on Wednesday 28 August, from 14:25 to 15:45.
Best Student Poster Award will be given to student poster presenter(s) who presented excellent talk and discussions in both the speech and poster sessions.
Winners of Best Student Poster Award will be announced at the conference banquet (planned at the end of Day 2).
All posters must be removed after the poster session, or the conference.
The organizing committee declines any responsibility for loss or damage of all posters that have not been removed by the authors according to the above schedule.
Any poster not removed after the conference will be destroyed.
Poster dimensions
Posters must be displayed vertically.
We recommend an A0 print, i.e. 841 mm wide x 1189 mm height.
The poster board and fixing materials will be given to you at the poster site.
